Yoga + Therapy

Cinderella’s yoga therapist training course is a comprehensive program designed to cover all the required fields for you as a student to learn the most out of the teaching hours you will receive. The syllabus includes a wide range of topics, such as the following:

• Introduction and qualities of successful yoga therapists
• Functional anatomy of yogasanas–focusing on biomechanics, tensegrity, and fascia
• Yoga therapy in spinal care
• Yogic anatomy in the application of yoga therapy
• The science of breathing
• The role of pranayama in healing diseases
• Yoga therapy for respiratory disorders, cardiovascular disorders, and obesity

The course is accredited by the renowned Manushi Institute of Yoga, which is certified and registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) in the USA and the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) in India. Upon successfully completing this course, you will have the opportunity to apply for an exam with the YCB and gain the title of an assistance yoga therapist.

Timing and Location

The course is scheduled to start on August 4th, 2023, and will conclude on August 26th, 2023. Throughout this period, you will receive 100 hours of direct contact training, followed by 50 hours of online sessions with the Manushi Yoga Institute and an additional 50 hours of home study. Cinderella Yoga (Cinderella’s Place) in Maadi, Cairo will hold all the on-site sessions.

The registration fee is 30,000 EGP. An 8,000 EGP booking fee is required, which is non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation, the booking fee will be fully refunded.
