The retreat offers two daily sessions of yoga, meditation, and sound healing, so you will have ample time to delve deep within yourself and release what is weighing you down. Experience the Sacred & Stillness at the St. Catherine Yoga & Sound Healing Retreat from September 13 to 17, 2023. Your accommodation during the retreat will be at the Sheikh Moussa Camp in Saint Catherine, offering a serene and comfortable environment for your stay. The retreat includes transportation by private A/C vehicle buses between Cairo and Saint Catherine, so you’ll have a convenient and hassle-free journey.
