Water Fasting in El Gouna

The Winter Cleaning Detox is a regular program offered by Redeem Health, alongside the popular 777 Transformation Challenge and the Water Fasting Challenge. The program offers three options for individuals interested in cleaning their bodies from toxins accumulated due to bad eating habits, smoking, and overuse of medications with the help of healthy and organic juices.

Aside from the fasting programs, participants can also enjoy morning meditations, yoga, sound therapy, sunset walks, and educational lectures on nutrition and wellness.

The Water Fasting Challenge takes place in Sheraton Somabay, Egypt from December 1 to 8, 2023 The main program with fitness activities will take place in Somabay, while the fasting can be continued at home within or after the duration of the event.
