The Wadi Clan is back with a new expedition that offers a unique blend of adrenaline-pumping experiences and serene moments of natural beauty, all set against the backdrop of one of Egypt’s most breathtaking regions.

Experience Sinai In A New Perspective

The Wadi Clan is on a mission to bring together both amateur and advanced hikers, fostering a diverse community of outdoor enthusiasts with a shared passion for exploration. With Sinai Experience, the goal is to provide a 3-day platform where individuals of varying hiking backgrounds can come together and embark on an extraordinary journey that takes them deep into the heart of South Sinai, a region that promises an unparalleled diversity of landscapes, each more captivating than the last.

The difficulty levels for this journey vary across the three days. The first and third days of the expedition are relatively easy, ensuring a comfortable experience for all participants. However, the second day presents a moderate challenge, particularly as it involves mountain hiking. This day offers a more physically demanding experience, requiring hikers to ascend Mount Al-Hawiti.

Timing and Location

Join the Wadi Clan from September 28 to October 1 for a new adventure in Sinai. Participants from any Egypt area or country can join and meet the clan in the designated meeting city before traveling to Sinai.

The Itinerary:

Wednesday, September 27: Gathering and Departure

• Gather at Baron Palace, Cairo
• Journey to Ras Ghazala near Nuweiba, with an estimated arrival time of 5 or 6 in the morning, depending on unforeseen circumstances.

Thursday, September 28: Canyons and Desert Camp

• Explore canyons like the White Canyon, Closed Canyon, and Salama Canyon, venturing on foot into their awe-inspiring depths
• Set up camp in Ain Khadra

Friday, September 29: Mountain Ascent and Rufid Valley

• Journey to the vineyard in Sheikh Awad, near Catherine
• Ascent to Mount Al-Hawiti, beginning with a scenic walk through the breathtaking Rufid Valley
• Journey to the first Wadi Isla in Al-Tur, where participants will set up camp for the night

Saturday, September 30: The Beauty of Wadi Isla

• Captivating walk through the most beautiful part of Wadi Isla
• Depart from the valley to reach Cairo around midnight
