In The Language of Fascia Workshop, you will explore this hidden world through lecture, guided movement, and hands-on practice using the UNWIND Strip and therapeutic fascia balls.
This workshop helps you release tension, restore balance, and discover how gentle pressure supports both physical and emotional healing. Whether you are a wellness professional or simply fascia-curious, you will leave with practical tools to feel more fluid, grounded, and connected.
Natalie Zeid will lead the workshop, so you’ll be in good hands. Natalie is a yoga and breathwork teacher, sound healer, fascia lover, and co-creator of the UNWIND™ Method. With over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness, she brings intuitive care, anatomical expertise, and a commitment to healing through softness. She believes that rest is revolutionary, and her workshops reflect that philosophy.

Timing and Location
The workshop takes place on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the Nour Boutique Hotel in Dahab, South Sinai Governorate, Egypt. The registration fee is $50 for early bird bookings made by October 14, 2025, and $55 for bookings made after that date. Spaces remain limited to ensure individual attention and a supportive group atmosphere.
