Underwater and Mountain Adventures
This 6-night trip promises an action-packed itinerary filled with thrilling activities and breathtaking natural beauty.
Your journey begins in Dahab, a laid-back town known for its golden beaches and vibrant atmosphere. After settling into your hotel, meet your fellow travelers and enjoy a delicious meal in one of the local restaurants.
On Day 2, get ready for an introduction to rock climbing in the nearby Wadi Gnai. With glowing granite mountains and picturesque surroundings, this climbing paradise is perfect for beginners and experienced climbers alike.
Day 3 takes you to Wadi Hammam, a remote area of the Sinai Desert. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle new climbing routes and further enhance your skills. The rose granite canyon provides a scenic backdrop as you challenge yourself on the various climbing routes. Embrace the nomadic Bedouin lifestyle by camping in the desert and experiencing the simplicity of cooking dinner over a fire.
On Day 4, embark on a spectacular hike to Jebel Barqa. Enjoy the desert landscapes and sandstone outcrops as you make your way toward the next camping spot.
On Day 5, hike through sand dunes and visit Jebel Makhroum and Mattamir. Marvel at the breathtaking views from the top of El Hadudeh, Sinai’s largest sand dune. After a fun scramble down the dune, enjoy a leisurely walk through Wadi El Ajabi.
Day 6 is dedicated to exploring Ras Abu Galum and the Blue Lagoon. Spend the morning snorkeling in the coral reef, or take an optional walk to the remote Blue Lagoon. In the afternoon, embark on a hike or camel ride to the famous Blue Hole, renowned for its snorkeling and diving sites.
On Day 7, take some time to relax on the beach in Dahab or engage in additional snorkeling or massages. In the afternoon, return to Sharm El Sheikh for goodbyes and flights home.
No climbing, trekking, or snorkeling experience is required for this trip, but a sense of adventure and a moderate level of fitness is recommended.
Timing and Location
The whole trip is offered twice per month from October 2023 to April 2024. It officially starts on October 8, 2023 for join-in trips and January 1, 2024 for private group trips. The trip will cover some of the best places for adventurers in Egypt, such as Mount Sinai and the Red Sea. The meeting point is at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.
Registration Information
The Rock Climb, Hike, and Snorkel adventure registration is open online. Head to this link to register, choose your preferred dates and choose between a group or private tour.
Group tours are priced at £646.94 for early-bird registration and £680.99 for regular registration. Private group tours are priced at £647 per person for groups with 6-9 members and £613 for groups with 10 to 14 members.
