Join The Wadi Clan on a memorable journey along the High Valleys Trail. The clan has an exciting program lined up that includes hiking, swimming in natural springs, mountain climbing, camping, and even some eco-friendly activities!

Whether you’re an experienced hiker or new to the trails, this carefully curated hike ensures an unforgettable experience for all participants. From invigorating hikes to refreshing dips in natural springs, and from conquering mountains to serene camping experiences, every moment is designed to create lasting memories. Wadi Clan’s Hiking The High Valleys is a 4-day trip designed for the adventurous!

The journey begins with the ascent of Naqab Abu Jifah, followed by a scenic walk through Wadi Zawaten. Along the way, participants can engage in eco-friendly activities like protecting grapes and pomegranates from fruit flies. For the more adventurous, an optional climb up Bab Al-Dunya Mountain awaits.

After a rest in Wadi Jibal, the clan will reach the camping site in Farsh Al-Roumana. Those climbing Bab Al-Dunya Mountain will prepare for the ascent while others enjoy dinner. The night will be spent camping under the stars, with a separate area for female participants.

On the third day, participants will wake up to a refreshing breakfast before continuing the hike to the enchanting Jalt Al-Azraq valley. The journey proceeds to Saqr Canyon, where the clan will spend the night in a charming garden.

The last day brings the clan to Wadi Al-Shaq and Kharazat Al-Shaq, home to a captivating water spring. Descending to Atlah Valley and the Canyon of Abu Sala, participants will eventually reach the city and back to Cairo.

Timing and Location

Join the Wadi Clan from June 29th to July 1st for an unforgettable adventure in Saint Catherine’s high valleys. Participants from any Egypt area or country can join and meet the clan in Cairo.

Registration Information

The adventure costs 3,400 EGP, and the package includes transportation to and from Cairo in an air-conditioned Hi-ACE microbus, experienced guides and organizers, camels to carry food and bags, delicious meals, overnight stay in Catherine Gardens, permits and protectorate tickets, bags for packaging pomegranates and grapes, and cherry seedlings. Part of the trip’s cost will be dedicated to charitable causes.
