Life-Shifting Yoga and Meditation in Egypt

Spoken Word Yoga will host Egypt Retreat to the Pyramids with Christine Lewis, a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and the owner and founder of Mission Matters Consulting Coaching.

The program infuses the physical practice of the yoga asanas with a mental “work-in” that purifies and reinvigorates the body and soul to offer participants a unique spiritual experience that expands beyond the mat.
