Egypt Acro Convention (EAC)
Egypt Acro Convention (EAC), the first of its kind in the country, returns for its 4th edition in October 2025. The gathering features workshops, camping, and tours mainly focusing on partner acrobatics, acroyoga, and movement.
An All-Inclusive Week in the City
The EAC is a beautiful gathering of acrobats and travelers from all over the world. As an International Acro Convention, the event will feature topnotch teachers, multiple workshop rounds every day — three sessions in parallel, local food with vegetarian and vegan options, a great space to train, and fantastic areas to chill in and out. As a whole, it usually welcomes 32 nationalities and 90+ cosmopolitan participants from Europe, Asia, Africa, America, Oceania.

- Our beautiful venue with a pool and access to the desert, where you can ride horses or drive ATV quads
Timing and Location
The EAC 2025 will take place at the Sakkara Country Club in Giza from October 12 to 18, 2025, making it a 7-day event. The venue features luxury accommodations. For EAC, it can offer flat lawn areas to allocate workshop spaces, a range of accommodation, a large on-site restaurant, a swimming pool area, horse stables, and archeological locations.

Registration for EAC is open online. Head to this link to register, read the terms and conditions, and finalize payment. For the list of registration fees, refer to the list below. Fees already include the prices for the full duration of the convention and the accommodation:
Convention Pass – Includes all meals, water, snacks, excursions, and workshops.

The Egypt Acro Convention is thoughtfully run by the local community ‘AcroEgypt’ and the EAC partnering team, with a strong shared vision from Hoda, Nicolas, Arnau, and Christina. Their combined efforts make EAC the biggest acro festival in Africa, connecting it to the wider acro world.
