Catherine Valleys New-Year Escape

Escape Egypt, an outdoor adventure organization, will host a new-year escape trip in Catherine Valleys from December 29 to January 1. The trip offers an opportunity for locals and tourists to discover the hidden gems of Egypt outside the city.

Escaping For The New Year

The Catherine Valleys New-Year Escape is a 3-day-two-night event and is targeted towards intermediate to advanced hikers (3/6 physical effort) who wish to discover the beauty of South Sinai. The location is a magical gem that sits on a mountain top and under the foundations of Sinai.

Aside from hiking, Escape Egypt will also host various outdoor activities like camping, tours, and traditional eat-outs with the local Bedouin tribes from St. Catherine. The local tribes in the area are professional tour guides who have been protecting the area and promoting tourism since it opened its doors for tourists.

Timing and Location

The Catherine Valleys New-Year Escape will cover the beautiful valleys in South Sinai. The trip begins on the evening of December 29, 2022 and ends on January 1, 2023. With that, participants will be spending the end of the year with the team.

Registration Information

The registration for Catherine Valleys New-Year Escape is open online. Contact the main representative at 01003960631 for registration. The early-bird registration fee is 3,240 EGP for one spot and 3060 EGP for two spots or more, while the regular reservation is 3,600 EGP, starting December 18.

The fee covers the aforementioned activities, meals, and transfers. Personal hiking and camping accessories and equipment are not included, so participants are required to bring their own sleeping bags.
