Cinderella Yoga announces the launch of its Ladies-Only 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC). This comprehensive program is designed to empower women by deepening their yoga practice and equipping them with the skills to become certified yoga instructors.

YTTC For Women

The program, approved by Yoga Alliance, is designed to empower women in their yoga journeys. Upon successful completion, participants can register as RYT 200-certified instructors, joining an esteemed global network of yoga professionals. The 200-hour program offers a holistic curriculum to prepare participants as skilled yoga instructors. Topics include:

• Philosophy: Exploring the roots and essence of yoga.
• Pranayama & Mudra: Mastering breathing techniques and symbolic hand gestures.
• Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga: Learning foundational postures, sun salutations, and safety principles.
• Specialized Yoga: Training in chair yoga for seniors, prenatal yoga, and yoga for kids.
• Meditation & Mindfulness: Cultivating inner peace and focus.
• Teaching Techniques: Covering alignment, adjustment, and effective instruction methods.
• Yin Yoga & Anatomy: Balancing gentle poses with foundational anatomical knowledge.

An ERYT 500 with over 6,000 hours of teaching experience, Cinderella Yoga has trained and graduated more than 400 yoga teachers in Egypt and abroad. The organization uses a unique teaching methodology that combines the spiritual essence of Eastern yoga with the structured, educational approach of the West.

Timing and Location

The Ladies-Only 200-Hour YTTC will take place over six weekends, starting on April 3, 2025, and concluding on May 10, 2025, at the Cinderella Yoga (Cinderella’s Place) in Maadi, Cairo. Classes will run every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, offering a structured yet immersive schedule to suit aspiring yoga teachers. Additionally, weekday online sessions will be arranged to enhance learning and flexibility.

Enrollment is now open for this exclusive program, with an early bird price of 38,000 EGP and a regular price of 40,000 EGP. A non-refundable deposit of 10,000 EGP is required to secure your spot, with a special discount available for previous 50-hour course participants.
